So, EC marks the FIRST daddy-o that has gotten a cake for his son. how schweeet!

壽 - Longevity Cake
So today we celebrated my father-in-laws birthday (the actual day is tom) over a scrumptious BBQ at home. I made him a simple but VERY auspicious looking fondant cake, which i thought would actually look pretty nice if it were tiered. But since it was meant for just our family, i made it nice and intimate with a single tier. : )
Playable Angry Birds Cake
Another Angry Birds Cake was went out today to a little boy who's a huge fan of the game. His doting parents got me to make him the playable version, so instead of singing the birthday song, the birthday boy gets to "play" his favorite game!
Patron Tequila Bottle Cake
So a close family friend of my fav cake order-er got me to make a Tequila Bottle Cake for her nephew's 18th birthday. It was a heated debate between vodka and tequila, but we decided on the prettier Patron bottle instead. : )

Really, are there so many Doraemon fans out there? And the age ranges from below 10 all the way to over 30! E dropped me a mail a few weeks back and commissioned me to make her daughter a Doraemon themed cake. And we settled for 2 figures of Doraemon and Dorami as toppers for the cake.
Thomas the Tank Engine 2 tier Cake
A Thomas the Tank Engine cake was also delivered this week. I did this cake slightly different from my previous one, and this cake was ginourmous, weighed in at a whopping 10kg, meant to serve 50guests.
SQ Air Stewardess Cake
This was done for the sister of our family friend. Birthday girl works as, you guessed it, a flight stewardess, and i was given a picture of a caricature of her, which i based the cake on!

J dropped me a mail last week after coming across my previous Tatty Teddy Cake , and asked if could make one for her daughter's 15th birthday party. It was a bit of a rush cos i was expecting a busy weekend, but i was glad i did this cake.
Princess Tiara Cake
This was also for the same recipient of the previous post. Little Shannen loves all things princess-y and pink, and so her mom got me to work around that theme. Most people would have chosen a princess castle cake, so i was quite glad that her mom picked a tiara instead! : )
