This was done for the nieces and nephews of one of my oldest/closest friends/girlies/lubbs. She wanted to get the kiddos something for the fun of it, and thought cupcakes with their favorite characters was a good idea.
I came up with these simple 2D relief fondant pieces, and placed them atop a swirl of buttercream. some were made using cookie cutters, while others were really hand crafted using small pieces of fondant and layering them upon each other.
hope the kiddos liked 'em!
