S, who ordered this Basketball cake a while back commissioned us to make her nephew this really special 21 birthday cake.
This cake was really interesting because S was extremely sure of what she wanted for her nephew's cake. So much so that she posted me the instructions to this cake from Debbie Brown's "Extra Naughty Cakes" book. : - )
As the name of this cake suggests, this cake's decorated with 21 butts with the top butt holding an arm in salute position to indicate the coming of age! This was also the smallest 3 tier cake i have ever made, a 4", 6" and 8" and i kinda like this size, so cute yet grand?
Never seen so many butts and knickers and thongs in one go before. Its a tad mind boggling.
Cake was red velvet with oreos for top tier, vanilla with chocolate for middle tier and vanilla with passionfruit for bottom tier.
