My ex school teacher, whom has been an avid supporter of my little cake thingy, dropped me a text 2 days ago, saying she had an emergency cake request. Her aunt and uncle's wedding anniversary was the next day, and she wanted to give them a pretty cake as a gift.
Couldn't say no to such a sweet request. : )
The couple have been married for 38 years, and i thought that this deep pretty yellow color was perfect for them. I had some spare white and yellow roses on hand, and decided to make full use of them. : )
I was told that her aunt was so thrilled with her cake, she cried! And the best part was knowing i picked the right color cos her favorite color was yellow! : )
Cake was red velvet with cream cheese.
