S dropped us a mail sometime back and got us to do this really cool Darth Vader helmet for his son's birthday party.
Thing with cakes like these requires the ganaching coat to be ultra smooth, else the fondant cover will not only show through but also accentuate those bumps and grooves. so we spent a good 4 hours on the ganache coat to ensure that it was as smooth as possible.
