It is almost impossible to set out a price list for customized sculpted cakes, simply because there are so many variables to consider. I take into account the design and complexity, and to a varying degree; number of servings.
A smaller cake with many figurines, which translates to longer time and labor spent, will be priced higher than a large cake with just a 2D design.
For customized sculpted fondant cakes. Budget according to the number to serve. The smaller the serving size, the more expensive per head. Logic being, the effort spent sculpting a small or big cake could be similar.
For party of 5 to 10 - budget $15 per serving upwards
For party of 15 to 25 - budget $10 per serving upwards
For party of 30 to 40 - budget $6 per serving upwards
For party of 50 to 60 - budget $ 5 per serving upwards..
For 3D sculpted cakes (Cars, Shoes, Planes, Cartoon Characters), budget from $300 upwards.

1) Standard Size cupcakes with a buttercream swirl $4
2) Cupcakes with a buttercream swirl and a small fondant topper $5 to $8
3) Fondant covered cupcakes with 2D designs cost between $8 to $12.
4) Fondant covered cupcakes with 3D designs cost from $10 upwards.
