This was ordered by mommy P who wanted to get her little girl a grand castle cake for her birthday. Believe it or not, but this was actually my first go at making a castle cake in my few years of making/decorating cakes! Don't know why it took me so long to do one! But, hey! there's always a first time aint it??
We did it in hexagonal and round tiers with a grand total of 11 turrets, complete with flags fluttering in the wind! Totally befitting of a princess! : D
